2. Your account

You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of what you submit.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or probe it, or submit other people's information without permission.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew until canceled. You can cancel at any time and keep access through the end of the billing period unless stated otherwise.

5. Provider listings

Providers listed in the directory are independent. A listing is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for the care you receive from any provider.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pocket Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the service.
